Clarity at every step.
Understand the process before you begin.
01
The first conversation
Share the broad context and what you want to understand. Keep confidential details for an agreed secure channel.
02
A clear scope
The firm confirms whether it can assist, then explains the proposed work, fees and engagement terms.
03
An agreed way forward
Work begins after the necessary checks and acceptance. Your contact and next steps are clear.
Where do I start?
Use the consultation page to choose a secure enquiry or a scheduled conversation. A brief, non-confidential outline is enough to begin.
Does an enquiry make me a client?
No. An enquiry or appointment does not itself create a lawyer–client relationship. The firm must confirm acceptance and agree its engagement terms.
Can I choose a particular lawyer?
Tell the firm who you would prefer to speak with. Availability and suitability are confirmed by the firm. Profiles can also link directly to a lawyer’s scheduling page.
How are fees agreed?
The scope, charging basis, applicable taxes and any third-party costs should be explained in your engagement terms before work starts.
Can I send documents here?
Please do not send confidential documents through this initial enquiry. Use the secure channel provided by your lawyer after the firm confirms how to proceed.
